Booking and Payment Terms
- For bookings made less than 60 days before the tour commences, the full payment of 100% is required at the time of booking.
- For bookings made more than 60 days before the tour commences, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid 60 days before the tour commences.
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs 30 days or less before the tour commences.
Rider Documentation
- Riders must provide a copy of their valid driver’s license at the time of booking.
- Riders must provide proof of valid motorbike insurance for the duration of the tour.
Tour WAIVER
- Riders must agree to and sign a Tour Waiver at the time of booking. This waiver covers any risks associated with the tour and must be signed to confirm participation.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour will result in a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit if applicable.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before the tour will result in the loss of the deposit and any other amounts paid.
General Terms
- The operator reserves the right to cancel or amend the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided.
- Riders must adhere to all local laws and regulations during the tour, including wearing protective gear and helmets.
